  • How can I make a reservation?
    You can book your car online, by calling +90850 360 1010, or simple e-mailing info@dailydrive.com.tr
  • 2)What is the minimum length of car rental?
    Reservations for less than one day are accepted, however a minimum charge of one day applies to rentals of less than 24 hours. In some cases, a minimum rental period is required for the selected rate to apply. In other cases, a rate may be associated with a minimum charge, which applies even if the car is returned early.
  • How do I pick my vehicle up?
    You can pick your car up from the office you choose. As an extra, we can deliver your car to your door. Please get in touch for such requests.
  • How do I return my vehicle?
    You can simply return your vehicle to our office. If you do not want to come to our office, we can pick up our vehicle from your adress with a service fee. If you return your vehicle three or more hours later than the return time stated on the contract, you will charged one extra day.
  • What do I need to rent a car? Are there any requirements?
    Your driving licence (plus your passport if you are a foreigner), your credit card, adress and contact information are required.
  • Are there any age requirements to rent a car?
    Yes, the minimum age to rent a vehicle is 23 years of age. There is no maximum age restrictions. You can see minimum age restrictions of our each vehicle by visiting “Vehicle” page. A 'Young Renter Fee' may be applied to your rental based on the vehicle you rent. If you wish to know the cost of the 'Young Renter Fee' you may begin the reservation process to determine the exact amount of the fee for the rental location (please remember you will have the option to confirm or cancel the reservation).
  • Can I let someone else to drive the vehicle I rented?
    Yes, someone else can drive the vehicle you rent only if you get “Additional Driver” extra and submit the documents of the other driver to dailydrive rent a car. Terms and conditions apply.
  • What is the mileage/kilometer policy?
    Our mileage/kilometer policy is the following: 350 kilometers per day and 3.500 kilometers per contract.0,50 Turkish Liras per extra kilometers travelled will be charged at the end your rental. You can buy “Additional KM Packages” at the beginning of your rental for cheaper deals.
  • How do I pass tolls?
    Our vehicles are equipped with automotic transition system. Use HGS lane in such circumstances. You will be charged with your total toll and service fee during or at the end of your rental.

  • Do I get the vehicle I reserved?
    dailydrive is proud to provide the vehicle customers have reserved. Unlike the other car rental companies, we do not contain any “or similar” signs and statements next to our vehicles’ name. However, colors may differ from the ones seen online. This policy may not apply when emergency situations occur such as accidents or rental extensions etc.

    Unlike other rent a car companies, dailydrive has its unique vehicles groups: X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large and XX-Large. We care simplicity and easiness that will help our dailydrivers to choose the vehicle

  • What should I do if I get an accident in a rental car?
    If you get into an auto accident in your rental car, the first thing you do is to file an accident report. Do not change the position of vehicle(s), take photos and fill out the form. You should then call the dailydrive branch from which you rented and provide information on the accident. Our staff will walk you through the next steps. 
  • What do I need to do in case of theft?
    Please directly contact to Police Stations and let us know.
  • What type of insurances can I get?
    dailydrive provides several insurance products. You can easily see them on the next page after you choose your vehicle. Please note that, these insurances do not apply if the driver cannot provide alcohol/accident report in such required cases. Tyres and glasses are never covered in any insurance policy.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED FOR RENTING A CAR?
    Credit cards are the only accepted payment forms for renting a car. For security reasons, dailydrive does not accept cash payments, debit cards or etc. Deposits will also be charged to your credit and will be refunded at the end of your rental period. The extras such as tolls, traffic fines and rental extensions will be charged to your credit card.
  • Can I use someone else’s credit card?
    The renter of the vehicle must be present to sign the rental agreement and provide their credit card at the time of pick up. The renter cannot provide a credit or debit card belonging to someone else for their use. If you wish to pay for the rental car, but have someone else drive it, you can rent the vehicle in your name and add them as an additional driver. In order to add an additional driver, they would have to meet all of our additional driver requirements
  • How do I pay traffic fines?
    Traffic fines/penalties are questioned online by our rental software as we the registered owner of the vehicle, from a municipality or toll road authority. We receive date, time and vehicle information and the software matches the information with the renter. We will directly charge that credit or debit card listed on your rental agreement; there is no need to do anything else. We depend on government and toll agencies for all information related to tolls and other violations. In most cases, that takes one to four weeks - although, in some circumstances, it may take even longer. Our goal is to notify you so that you are alerted as soon as possible. Under the terms and conditions in your rental agreement, you are responsible for all costs, fines, violations and tolls - as well as an administrative fee we charge for processing and billing.
  • How do I pay toll?
    Our vehicles are equipped with HGS tickets which lets you pass through HGS lanes automatically. At the end of your rental, the amount you spent and a service fee will be charged to your card. We depend on government and toll agencies for all information related to tolls and other violations. In most cases, that takes one to four weeks - although, in some circumstances, it may take even longer. Our goal is to notify you so that you are alerted as soon as possible. Under the terms and conditions in your rental agreement, you are responsible for all costs, fines, violations and tolls - as well as an administrative fee we charge for processing and billing.
  • When do you refund my deposit?
    You will receive your deposit 5 days after you return your vehicle. This duration may be shorter or longer due to banking communications. Foregin credit cards may take 10-15 days.
