Reservation Modification, Cancellation and Refund Policy
“Pay Now” and “Pay Later” Preferred Reservations
For your “Pay Now” and “Pay Later” preferred reservations, except for changes to the pick-up branch, you may modify the vehicle group, reservation dates, and add or remove extra products.

Some changes may result in price differences.

If you wish to change the pick-up branch, the current reservation must be canceled and a new reservation made.

Please note that the prices from your previous reservation will not be valid for the new reservation.
Early Return of Rental Vehicle
If the rental vehicle is returned before the reserved period ends after the rental has started, the price will be recalculated based on the actual number of days the vehicle was used.

If the recalculated amount is less than the amount charged, the difference will be refunded.

If the recalculated amount is higher, no additional charge will be applied.
Extension of Rental Period
If you request to extend the rental period beyond the reserved dates after the rental has started, the system will recalculate the price.

Any additional fees will be charged to the credit card provided at the start of the rental.
No-Show Policy
If the vehicle is not picked up at the scheduled pick-up time, the reservation will be marked as No-Show after 1 hour and the vehicle will no longer be guaranteed.

No-Show reservations will be automatically canceled 2 hours after the original pick-up time.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without any charge.

Additionally, you may cancel your reservation within 1 hour after completing your booking on the reservation date without any fees.

If you cancel outside of these conditions, only the first day of your total reserved rental period will be charged.
