With its “Delivery to Address” service, dailydrive delivers rental vehicles to specific areas where it does not have a physical branch. You can find these regions in the location selection list on the homepage or by visiting the “Branches” page.


A new-style driver’s license is preferred for car rentals. However, if you wish to rent a car with an old-style license, it must have been issued within the last 10 years and you must also present a valid new-style biometric ID card.

Please note that rentals cannot be processed with damaged, torn, or worn-out licenses or ID cards.


You can get a quote and complete your reservation in just a few simple steps by visiting our website at www.dailydrive.com.tr. Booking early allows you to benefit from more competitive rates.

The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Therefore, even if you return the vehicle earlier than 24 hours, a full day’s rental fee will still apply.


Once your reservation is confirmed, it is forwarded to the relevant office and your selected vehicle is prepared for you. To collect your car, simply visit the rental location you selected during booking.

If you prefer, we can deliver the vehicle to your address for an additional fee. Please contact us after completing your reservation to arrange delivery.


At the end of your rental period, simply return the vehicle to the same dailydrive branch where you picked it up.

If needed, we can collect the vehicle from your location for an additional fee. Please contact the relevant branch in advance to arrange this.

Please note: For returns delayed by more than 1 hour, an additional full-day charge will apply.

If you decide not to return the vehicle and wish to extend your rental, please contact the branch where you picked up the car as soon as possible to request an extension.


To complete your rental agreement, you will need to present:

  • A valid driver’s license (and passport if you are coming from abroad)

  • A credit card issued in your name

  • Your address and phone number

Our staff will record this information in the rental contract.

Please make sure to request a signed copy of the rental agreement, which will include both the rental fee and the security deposit you’ve paid.


To rent an entry-level vehicle, you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 1 year.

For upper-class vehicle groups, a minimum age of 25 and at least 3 years of driving experience are required


The rental vehicle may only be driven by third parties if their driver’s license and ID details are registered in the rental agreement by an authorized dailydrive representative.

Unauthorized drivers are not permitted to operate the vehicle under any circumstances.


Yes, our rentals include a daily mileage limit of 350 kilometers and a total limit of 3,500 kilometers per rental agreement.

Mileage overage fees vary depending on the vehicle group. However, you can purchase additional mileage packages at discounted rates during the reservation process.


Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with HGS (Fast Pass System). After your rental ends, HGS usage data is sent to us by the General Directorate of Highways, and the corresponding toll fees are charged to the credit card used during your rental.

Please note that due to the processing times of the highway authority, toll charges may be billed with a delay.

If you drive through an OGS (another toll system) lane with a vehicle equipped only with HGS, it will be considered an unauthorized toll crossing, and the fine will also be charged to your credit card.


Yes, the vehicle can be driven by someone other than the main renter only if the additional driver’s license details are included in the rental agreement and the additional driver fee is paid.

If this condition is not met and an unauthorized person drives the vehicle — especially in the event of an accident — all insurance coverages become void, and both the renter and the unauthorized driver will be held jointly and individually liable for all resulting damages and legal responsibilities.

If your rental vehicle is stolen, you must immediately report the incident to the police and obtain an official report. You are also required to notify dailydrive as soon as possible.


We offer multiple levels of insurance coverage, which you can view during the online reservation process or learn more about by contacting our customer support team.

Please note that insurance coverage becomes automatically void in the following cases:

  • Failure to provide a traffic accident report, theft report, or alcohol test report (when applicable)

  • Use of the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Exceeding legal speed limits

Damages to windows, mirrors, headlights, tire punctures, and damages caused by user error are not covered by insurance and are the responsibility of the renter.


To enhance your comfort, safety, and convenience during your rental, dailydrive offers the following optional extras:

  • Baby / Child Seat

    For safe travel with infants and young children.

  • Extra Mileage Package

    Covers a set number of kilometers beyond the standard mileage limit. These packages are available at discounted rates during the reservation process or can be requested via phone.

  • Winter Tires

    Recommended for safe driving in colder regions and during winter months.

  • Roof Box

    Provides additional luggage space for long journeys or family trips.

  • Additional Driver

    To maintain insurance and damage coverage validity, all additional drivers must be registered in the rental agreement.

  • GPS (Navigation Device)

    Available upon request for an additional fee during the booking process.

  • HGS / OGS (Toll Tags)

    Toll usage fees during the rental period will be billed separately based on actual usage.

  • Pick-up and Drop-off Service

    For an additional charge, dailydrive offers vehicle delivery and/or collection at your requested address within cities where our branches are located. Please contact our reservation center for availability and pricing.

Unlike many other car rental companies, dailydrive categorizes its vehicles into the following groups: X Small, Small, Medium, Large, X Large, and XX Large.

This classification is designed to make it easier for customers to choose the vehicle that best suits their needs.

By offering a wide range of vehicle sizes, we aim to meet diverse travel requirements and provide greater flexibility within our fleet.


After your rental agreement is closed, a refund request for your security deposit is automatically submitted to the bank within 48 hours.

If there are any outstanding charges (such as HGS tolls, traffic fines, or extra rental days), these amounts will be deducted before the refund is processed.

Depending on your bank, the remaining amount will be credited back to your card within 2 to 4 business days following our refund instruction.

If you do not receive your refund within 5 days after your rental contract has ended, please contact us at musterihizmetleri@dailydrive.com.tr.


dailydrive automatically charges your credit card for additional fees such as HGS tolls, traffic fines, or similar charges.

If these fees could not be collected during your rental period (e.g., due to insufficient funds or your card being restricted for online transactions), the outstanding amount is deducted from your security deposit.

To ensure a full refund of your deposit, please make sure that your credit card remains active and eligible for charges throughout your rental period.


All rentals through dailydrive require a valid credit card.

We do not accept cash, debit cards, virtual cards, promissory notes, or any alternative payment methods.

A credit card is necessary to cover potential charges such as traffic fines, highway tolls, rental extensions, or damage-related costs that may arise during or after the rental.

For upper-segment vehicles, a dual credit card policy may apply. For more information, please contact our reservation center.


Unfortunately, rentals cannot be made using a credit card that does not belong to the main driver.

The person renting the vehicle must use their own credit card for payment.

If another person will also be driving the vehicle, they must be added as an “Additional Driver” by purchasing this service during the booking process.


If the traffic fine is issued to your personal ID number, it is your responsibility as the driver to pay it directly.

If the fine is issued to the vehicle license plate, it will be notified to dailydrive and paid with the applicable early payment discount. The fine amount, along with a service fee, will be charged to your credit card on file.


After your rental period ends, HGS (Fast Pass System) usage data is reported to us by the General Directorate of Highways. The corresponding toll fees are then charged to the credit card you used during the rental.

Due to the processing system of the Highways Authority, there may be a delay in the toll charge being reflected on your account.

Please note: If you drive through an OGS (Electronic Toll Collection) lane with a vehicle equipped only with HGS, this will result in an unauthorized toll violation, and the penalty will also be charged to your credit card.


Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about the current situation following the regulations introduced regarding the National Vehicle Identification System (UTTS).

According to the provisions of the newly implemented UTTS Implementation Communiqué, all vehicles used for business purposes—whether owned or rented—must be registered in the UTTS system. Additionally, these vehicles must be equipped with Vehicle Identification Units (TTB) produced by the Turkish State Mint.

Currently, our rental vehicles do not have TTB units installed. Moreover, there is still no clear directive regarding short-term rentals within the UTTS framework. That said, for rental vehicles used in business, we will begin taking the necessary steps to facilitate TTB installation upon your request.

Please note:

  • The installation cost of TTB units will not be fully charged to you.

  • Instead, a service fee will be applied to enable the deductibility of fuel expenses.

  • According to the Communiqué and Article 227 of the Tax Procedure Law (Law No. 213), any fuel expenses not documented under UTTS will be considered non-deductible.

Therefore, to ensure your fuel expenses can be recorded as a deductible cost, a TTB device must be installed on the rental vehicle you are using.

Important Date:

As of February 1, 2025, any fuel purchases for vehicles not registered under UTTS and not equipped with a TTB device will not be accepted as deductible expenses until both registration and installation are completed.

What should you do?

If you wish to deduct your fuel expenses during your rental period:

  1. Please contact us via operasyon@dailydrive.com.tr or call +90 850 360 10 10.

  2. Fill out the form provided and send it to us with the information of the person who will bring the vehicle to the installation point.

  3. After receiving your completed form, we will handle your UTTS registration and issue a payment.

  4. Once the process is complete, UTTS will send an SMS to the designated person.

  5. That person must then take the vehicle to the relevant authorized installation center (you can view the list of centers at: https://utts.gov.tr/montaj-noktasi).

If the requested form or required information is incomplete or not submitted, the vehicle you are using will not be registered in the UTTS system.

By installing a TTB device, your fuel purchases during the rental period can be officially recognized and deducted as business expenses. A service fee will apply for this process.
