By signing the “Personal Data Sharing and Communication Consent” form, you explicitly consent to the collection, recording, processing, storage, use, and — when necessary and to the extent required — sharing of your personal data, which you have voluntarily provided to us, by Kalite Akaryakıt Ürünleri Otomotiv ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("dailydrive") and its authorized branches (the list of current authorized dailydrive branches is available at www.dailydrive.com.tr) for the purposes of:

Offering personalized advertisements, promotions, marketing and sales offers,
Sending service notifications, campaign updates, and membership information,
Conducting surveys and customer satisfaction research,
And delivering any related services and communications via electronic channels (e.g. phone, SMS, e-mail, WhatsApp).

You also consent to the transfer and/or sharing of your personal data, for the above purposes, with the following third parties:

All third parties with whom data is shared are contractually obligated to comply with applicable data protection regulations and ensure the confidentiality and security of your information in accordance with Turkish law and relevant legislation.

Your Rights under Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK No. 6698)

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), you have the right to apply to us and:

a) Learn whether your personal data has been processed,

b) Request information if it has been processed,

c) Learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,

ç) Know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, domestically or abroad,

d) Request correction of your data if it has been incompletely or inaccurately processed,

e) Request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,

f) Request notification of the operations carried out under subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,

g) Object to any outcome that is to your detriment, resulting from the exclusive analysis of your data by automated systems,

ğ) Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Send an e-mail bearing your secure electronic signature to kvkk@bostancioglu.com.tr, or
Prepare a “Word or PDF” file addressed to our company, sign it with your secure e-signature, and send it to kvkk@dailydrive.com.tr, or
Submit your request to our company's web page using your registered e-mail address with a secure electronic signature, or
Send a written petition bearing your wet signature to our company's official address, addressed to the Finance and Human Resources Department.
